Scholarships fundScholarships fund was created in Bieszczady's charity centre structure. The aim of establishment of John Paul II Scholarships fund is a support of student skill improvement. Activities of our volunteers are concentrated in Bieszczady Powiat area. Our activities are also supported by Przemysl's bishop - Jozef Michalik. Main purpose of creation our fund is a motivating students to further education and creation of the conditions to continue their education. Governance: President - priest Roman Szczupak Members of Scholarships fund governance: priest Roman Szczupak, Janusz Staniszewski, Ryszard Urban, Andrzej Koszyczka, Marek Andruch We cooperate with local government and organisations as follow: Caritas, Academy for the Development of Philanthropy in Poland, Polish- American Freedom Foundation. In 2006 thanks to numbers supporter we were able to donate two 2,000 PLN bursaries. In the academic term 2006/2007 our foundation with Polish- American Freedom Foundation and Polish National Bank donated three bursaries for 3,500 PLN and two for 2,000 PLN. One of our scholars is second winner of Polish instrumental music competition whose talent is recorded by editing of his playing of Chopin music.
